No surprises — here is exactly how your visit runs, start to finish.

    Shade matching

    We choose a tone that suits your hair and complexion — usually a shade close to your natural colour for brows, and the deepest option for lashes.

  2. 02

    Patch test

    If it is your first tint with us, a patch test is done at least 24 hours in advance. This is not optional and it is for your safety.

  3. 03

    Application

    The tint is applied precisely, left to develop, then gently removed and the area cleaned.

A little preparation makes a real difference to how comfortable your appointment is and how long your results last.

Book your patch test

First-time clients need a patch test at least 24 hours before the appointment. Let us know when you book so we can arrange it.

Come product-free

No makeup, mascara, brow product or oil-based skincare around the area — it stops the tint taking evenly.

Flag any sensitivity

Tell us about any history of reaction to hair dye, recent eye infections, or if you wear contact lenses.

What To Expect

The colour looks deepest immediately afterwards and softens to its true shade within a day or two.

  • Slightly darker than expected at first
  • Faint tint on the surrounding skin that washes off
  • Occasional mild warmth in the area

What To Avoid

For the first 24 hours, please avoid:

  • Getting the area wet
  • Steam rooms, saunas and swimming
  • Oil-based cleansers and makeup removers
  • Rubbing or exfoliating the area

How long does a tint last?

Brow tint generally holds for three to four weeks, lash tint for four to six. Skin turnover, oil-based skincare and swimming all shorten it.

Do I really need a patch test?

Yes, for first-time clients and after any gap of six months or more. Tint reactions are rare but can be serious, and a patch test 24 hours ahead is the only way to rule one out.

Will it look too dark?

It looks strongest straight after the appointment and settles within a day or two. We deliberately match close to your natural depth rather than going darker.

Can I tint over a semi-permanent brow treatment?

Not while it is healing. Wait until your brows are fully healed and checked, then we can assess whether a tint adds anything.
