Smooth, thorough waxing from face to full body.
No surprises — here is exactly how your visit runs, start to finish.
We talk through the area, your hair growth, any sensitivity, and anything you are currently using on your skin.
We cleanse and prep the skin, then use the wax best suited to the area — hard wax for delicate areas, strip wax for larger ones.
We tweeze any strays, apply a calming post-wax serum, and talk you through aftercare.
A little preparation makes a real difference to how comfortable your appointment is and how long your results last.
Hair needs to be about a quarter of an inch — roughly two to four weeks of growth since your last shave or wax. Too short and the wax has nothing to grip.
Exfoliate the area a day or two before, not the same day. Come with skin clean and dry — no heavy lotions, oils or serums on the area.
Avoid strong sun exposure and tanning beds for 48 hours either side. If you are getting a spray tan, book it a day or two after your wax, not before.
Some sensitivity afterwards is completely normal and usually settles within 24 to 48 hours.
For 24 to 48 hours after your appointment, please avoid:

Ask A QuestionMost people stay smooth for two to four weeks. Waxing removes hair from the root rather than cutting it at the surface, so results last considerably longer than shaving. Regrowth tends to come back finer and sparser the more consistently you wax.
Every three to four weeks is the usual rhythm. Sticking to a regular schedule gradually brings your hair into the same growth cycle, which makes each appointment more comfortable and the results longer-lasting.
Pain tolerance is very personal, so there is no single honest answer. What we can say is that the first appointment is typically the most sensitive and it gets easier from there. If you are concerned, avoid caffeine beforehand and let your esthetician know so they can work more slowly.
Do not shave or tweeze in the run-up — the hair needs length. Skip heavy moisturisers, oils and serums on the area on the day, avoid strong sun for 48 hours before, and go easy on the coffee, which can heighten sensitivity.
Yes. Skin can be more sensitive during pregnancy, so do let your esthetician know and we will adjust the pace and technique to keep you comfortable.
Please do. Some prescriptions — retinoids and isotretinoin in particular — thin the skin and make it prone to lifting during a wax. Always tell your esthetician what you are taking or applying, including anything topical.
