Smooth, thorough waxing from face to full body.
No surprises — here is exactly how your visit runs, start to finish.
We discuss your ideal brow together — shape, arch height, thickness, and how much to take from the front.
We wax the outline, trim any length, and tweeze the strays wax cannot reach for a clean finish.
A calming serum settles the skin and we check the shape with you in the mirror before you leave.
A little preparation makes a real difference to how comfortable your appointment is and how long your results last.
Brow hair wants to be a quarter to half an inch — around two to four weeks since you last tweezed or waxed. Below that there is not enough for the wax to grip.
Skip concealer, foundation, brow pencil and powder on the day if you can. A quick face rinse is plenty; we will cleanse the area properly before we start.
No extreme sun for 48 hours either side. If a facial spray tan is planned, book it one to two days after your wax so the colour is not lifted.
Some sensitivity afterwards is completely normal and usually settles within 24 to 48 hours.
For 24 to 48 hours after your appointment, please avoid:

Ask A QuestionYou can expect to stay clean for one to two weeks, with the shape holding for around three to four. Waxing removes hair at the root rather than cutting it at the surface, so it outlasts shaving considerably. Regrowth comes back quicker after your very first wax and slows as you keep the habit up.
Every two to four weeks keeps the shape and the clean lines, though it depends on how fast your hair grows.
Of course. Brow waxing is for everyone, and a lot of our brow work is deliberately subtle tidying rather than reshaping.
Yes, and this one genuinely matters. Brow hairs grow in different cycles, and waxing removes those at the same stage so they come back together and the shape holds. Tweezing strays in between breaks that pattern and means you end up grooming constantly. The odd emergency pluck is fine.
Yes, that is normal. Redness can fade in minutes or take a day. Bumps usually settle within hours. Itching tends to show up later, as regrowth starts, and gentle exfoliation helps. Try not to scratch.
Do not tweeze or shave beforehand, skip heavy moisturisers, serums and oils on the area, avoid sun for 48 hours, and go light on coffee — caffeine can make you noticeably more sensitive.
A quick rinse before is useful but not essential. Afterwards, wait at least two hours, and use lukewarm rather than hot water on the area.
No. With consistent waxing, hair tends to come back finer and sparser over time, and takes longer to reappear.
