Pause retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and vitamin C for five to seven days beforehand. This matters more for a peel than for a standard facial.
Skin must be free of sunburn and recent tanning, including self-tan. Reschedule rather than risk it.

Ask A QuestionVery little. Most people are back to normal the same day, with some light flaking possible a couple of days later. It is deliberately gentler than a traditional medium-depth peel.
A course of four to six, spaced two to four weeks apart, gives the clearest change in tone and texture. A single peel gives a nice refresh but will not resolve pigmentation on its own.
Generally yes, as superficial peels carry a lower risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation than deeper ones. We still assess individually and may recommend a pre-treatment plan first.
